In November, the Bon Secours Hospital at Tralee kept up its gold record by securing another top accolade for its catering provision.

That’s the second CAP Gold in a row for the hospital’s catering team. Congratulations to all involved.

Remember, an organisation can only be eligible for a CAP Gold Award when it agrees to an unannounced visit from our assessment team. That gives them no time to prepare and means that standards must be maintained at all times.
